This is my absolute favourite dress. Made by Albert Pendergast who specialises in adult school wear.
I adore the summer unifrom dresses that schoolgirls wear the world over. The best are 'shirt-waister' style with a flared skirt and a gingham or candy stripe pattern.
Paired here with T-bar school shoes.
